That day when the lights went out, I was watching some tv days of our lives.<\/p>\n<p>Things went off and I thought it was some power problem in the building that will return soon. I got an Eton FR400 AM\/FM\/VHF-TV\/WX Emergency Radio, the manual the same radio to this day and it works just fine.<\/p>\n<p>I Turn to 1010 WINS\/WCBS 880 where I got all the information that I needed to get through the rest of the day into the next. Over the next few hours after that, I headed outside to shoot a few images before it got dark. I took my bike around the area and made a ride to 34th street and back. Looking at how things looked like power began to return hrs. later, it was a very cool experience to see how the city responded to the lights being out.<\/p>\n<p>I spoke with a friend of mine as we rode into Manhattan and back to Brooklyn as we observed the darkness drown out the city.
