First Winter Storm of 2013

I decided that I will like to walk 3-miles in these conditions having some gear to keep my feet in top condition and warm enough to take the blistering cold for this distance, it was all good however the gloves I wore didn’t hold up very well in the wind, it took me about 1hr to get where I needed to go on foot and this is outside of deep snow terrain.
I’m sure if I was boxed in knee high snow it would have taken allot longer to clear the distance in that amount of time, here are some of the images I took along the way.
