Winter Blooms (Series 1)
01.04.2014 Li:1622: Winter Blooms (Series 1).
From the looks of the temps in the early hrs. of 7:30pm things are bone cold, and it is far colder than it would normally be. With drizzles coming down as light rain at first you can see the chalk dust in the cracks from the streets all dry and dusty, I didn’t capture any of in my current condition.
As the time gets late it is becoming colder and finally the snow is down and in your face. Looking for a city covered in snow but not what I was expecting it to be from the words of the media (what i pay no attention to) luckily the location which I reside has not suffered from any major snow fall.
It was high but nothing like upstate or other parts of the country, I was expecting to do at least 5 miles of walking today but that didn’t happen instead I just covered a smaller area around the local park to see what was going on there. There were many areas to shoot but later on in the day became very active as kids with their parents go out to play in the snow. I couldn’t help but to notice something these temps where in the 9°F with the wind felt like -0°F and I watch as some kids play, I have to point out that I couldn’t ignore this thought that how in this world do they go so long without frozen fingers and hands, their bodies are way more fragile that our adult bodies could this be something that latter in there years arthritis creeps in? I don’t know but common sense should be used thou.
Anyway, here are some of the images that were fun to take and sharing, these are just a few from my collection, enjoy. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
